My name is Jill Phillips and I am the founder and Visionary of Strategic Soulutions, a coaching company that works closely with entrepreneurs, creatives, business leaders, and high performers committed to the journey of personal and professional mastery. We believe it takes strategy and soul to achieve true balance and enduring success.
We are growing quickly and looking to expand our team in order to better support our current and future clients.
As an Assistant, you will work directly with me and provide regular support on a wide variety of tasks and projects.
The person I am looking for has the following skills and experience:

- A positive, can-do attitude and a knack for tech
- Great communication skills
- A desire and ability to take initiative, and work autonomously
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work, and meeting deadlines
Required:
- Available 10-15 hours per month
- Kajabi expert: (Not looking for someone who is willing to learn Kajabi)
- Create, design and schedule emails
- Create landing pages, checkouts and automations
- Course creation and management
- Create and design funnels
- Connecting Payment Processors
- Social Media
- Light Copywriting
- Graphics
- Admin
- Email Management
- Edit and format documents
- Quickbooks (bonus)
- File Conversions
- General Tech Support:
- G-Suite
- Kajabi
- Canva
- Calendly
- Light Video editing
- Mac support
- Canva:
- Create presentation slides
- Templates
- Social media graphics
- Proposals
- Funnel strategist is a BONUS
Compensation
Starting at $30-$50/hr pending experience
