Directions & Ingredients

01. Put 1-3 heaping tsp of tea in a cup and mix with agave (or honey) to make a paste. 

02. Pour in approx 8 oz boiling water. Stir and sip with intentions. 

* The tea tends to settle, so a mini spoon to keep stirring is helpful.
