Each month, join Jill and your peers, to receive coaching, accountability, and support as you work through personal and professional roadblocks or anything that needs attention in your biz. This is a virtual collaborative exchange where you will have an opportunity to present to the group for supportive live feedback and more.
PERSONAL BOARD OF ADVISORS
Members will gain access to peers who serve as your Personal Board of Advisors to brainstorm ideas, seek guidance around important decisions, and strengthen your leadership.
COACHING SESSIONS
You may select a monthly 30-minute coaching call or a quarterly 90-minute one-on-one coaching session with Jill.

Each quarter you will review, reset and share your values, quarterly goals, identify obstacles, and create a personal and professional action plan.
ELITE RETREAT
Upon group interest and logistics, we will gather for a retreat. The number of days and location TBD by the group. The ELITE Retreat is designed to help you experience deeper connections, celebrate progress, deep dive into opportunities while enjoying life to the fullest and having fun (travel fees not included).
