LEADERSHIP AND VISION

  • Session 1:  A day to empower your leadership team with tools and exercises to learn how to BE a courageous leader,  clarify roles and responsibilities, uplevel your meetings, identify priorities, improve communication, identify obstacles, identify metrics and processes that matter. 
  • Session 2:  Another day with your leadership team that starts by reviewing the last session, then create a customized business plan that clarifies the vision, starting with who you are, your why, and break down steps to get to your goal. 
  • Session 3:  Another day with the leadership team to master the tools and to complete your vision and business strategy. This step aligns the team clarifying where we've been, where we are, where we are going and how to get there. 
 

ACTION

  • Quarterly Sessions: Bring your leadership team back together every 90 days to re-evaluate, realign and refocus on the priorities for the next 90 days while resolving key issues that are holding you back.
  • Annual Sessions: Two days with your leadership team each year to work on team health and update the vision and plan for the next year and next quarter.
