I vividly remember how exhilarated I felt when I decided to pursue coaching. All of the dots connected. Finally I had found a path forward, living my purpose and passion, while making a difference in the world.
What I didn't fully realize was that being a coach and running a business requires two different, but equally important skill sets.
Winging it was something I was good at but is definitely not a sustainable model. And finding a business coach who had been in my shoes was hard to find and more intensive than my evolving needs.
Starting a business is scary. You don't know what you don't know.
It requires time, energy, patience and persistence. It requires a commitment to invest in yourself so you can in turn serve others at a higher level, which is what great coaches do.

What will I get when I join Coaching Connection?
You will gain access to a monthly group coaching call with Jill, a private community forum and access to an evolving coaching tool vault with tools, example templates, email process, coaching session forms, business tools, mindest training and more. Here you will find best practices, and timeless tools compiled and tested by Jill herself.
When does this start and can I join at any time?
Right now, Coaching Connection is a quarterly program starting Januay 2022. Enrollment will be open for the inaugural 3-month session until December 18th. I encourage you not to wait until it feels like perfect timing. There’s no such thing, and growth only happens when you act!
Who should attend?
This invitation is for select coaches with similar values and philosophy who adhere to professional ethics in their coaching practice.
In this space, come as you are. Bring your coaching hat or all of your hats, but please bring your authentic self first.
Celebrating wins and sharing knowledge is highly encouraged, but please come with a beginner's mindset- willing to learn and grow.

What is a mastermind group?
I define a mastermind group as a select group of people who work together to help each member of the group overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
The term was first coined by Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich. Hill defined the “Master Mind” as a “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.” – I have to admit that his definition is quite a bit more eloquent than mine 🙂
What are the benefits of a mastermind group?
There are many benefits of being a part of a mastermind group including:
1. Support: you have a group of other people to help you succeed.
2. Ideas: other members of your group give you new ideas, different perspectives and critical feedback. My favorite ideas are when other members of the group explain what’s currently working best in their businesses; and you can then just apply this to your business with great success.
3. Resources and connections: members of your mastermind group will each have their own rolodexes and can introduce you to people and resources that will help your business grow
4. Partnerships: oftentimes you will find other business owners in your mastermind group in complementary businesses that you can work with to collectively grow.
5. Quick learning curve: members of your mastermind group will possess skills and ideas that may have taken them years to develop; and they can often share them with you in a matter of minutes.
6. Accountability: your mastermind group keeps you inspired and accountable, so you achieve your goals.
